The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for the labor, equipment and materials needed for repairs to Driveways, Sidewalks and Curb & Gutters throughout the City to be placed on an Annual Contract. Service orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the year and must be completed within two (2) weeks of notice. The initial contract period will be September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025 with the option to extend the contract for one additional one year period at the discretion of the City. Prices shall remain firm for the entirety of the contract. Specifications and requirements are provided in Attachments #1 & 2. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all listed specifications and requirements. All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. All questions will be answered through IonWave by Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The successful bidder must give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY: 1 Million / 2 Million 2. COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE LIABILITY: 1 Million 3. UMBRELLA LIABILITY: 5 Million minimum 4. WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Statutory (only with 3+ employees) No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided. The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
