As of October 22, 2024, project was awarded to the following contractors: The City of Level Plains Tank was awarded to Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC in the amount of $1,435,003. The Daleville Water and Sewer Board Tank was awarded Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC in the amount of $1,447,433. Elevated Water Storage Tank Projects The Project consists of constructing a 300,000 Gallon steel multi-column elevated water storage tank for Level Plains and a 250,000 Gallon Tank for Daleville. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Contract time=300 days All bidders must register as an official plan holder with the engineer no later than 48 hours prior to the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 08/15/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
