The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to renovate Suites 181 and 270 (old Precision Tune Space) at 750 Miller Drive SE, Leesburg Virginia 20175 for the use of Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS). The Scope includes, but not limited to, select demolition, infill existing warehouse floor pits, remodel existing restrooms for the American Disability Act (ADA) compliance, replace existing damaged ceiling grid and tiles with new, replace existing with new LED light fixtures, add new offices and conference rooms, renovate Breakroom on both floors, add data closet on the 2nd floor, and modification of existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
