Construction of the Murphy Town Square Project located at the intersection of US 19 Business (Hiwassee Street/Valley River Avenue) and SR 1326 (Peachtree Street/Tennessee Street) in Murphy, NC. Construction will involve a roundabout intersection including-but-not-limited-to; all necessary curb-and-gutter, storm drainage, splitter islands, and center circulating island (coordination with NCDOT will be required on certain elements of the roundabout design to be provided by NCDOT) and construction of four "pocket parks" located within the four quadrants of the roundabout intersection including all necessary grading, storm drainage, sidewalk construction, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, electrical, and stage footer/wall construction. Neither the Owner nor Architect/Engineer are responsible for undeliverable emails due to recipients' email file size limitation, security protocols, or other limitations. Bidders must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of North Carolina. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
