MUHA is seeking Civil Engineering firms to provide services on various types and sizes of construction projects with value from $50,000 up to $3MM for a period of three years with potential for two successive one-year renewals. Up to five firms maybe interviewed and four firms may ultimately be selected to perform services. Firms located within South Carolina will be given preference. Services may include but are not limited to conceptual design or studies, planning, full service design including civil, storm water, roadways etc., bidding, construction administration, estimating, and/or other tasks that may be required to support the needs of MUHA The Authority shall evaluate each of the persons or firms in view of their (a) past performance; (b) the ability of professional personnel; (c) ability to meet time and budget requirements: (d) location: (e) recent, current and projected work loads of the firms (f) creativity and insight related to the project, and (g) related experience on similar projects: (i) volume of work awarded by MUHA, (i) other special qualifications required, in accordance with the Construction Procurement Policies for Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
