Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Clovis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project scope of work consists of clearing and grubbing existing improvements, constructing concrete ADA curb returns, curb & gutter, sidewalk, driveway and removal and reinstallation of existing mailboxes & irrigation. DBE Goal for this project is 15%. Liquidated Damages $1,000 per Calendar Day Project Duration Forty (40) Working Days License Requirements A, C8 or C12 Project Type Bid Response Types Line Items Type of Award Lump Sum Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bidders bond on the Citys form, made payable to the City of Clovis, for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Such guarantee will be forfeited should the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fail to enter into the contract. A Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount and a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required by the City from the bidder to whom the contract is awarded. The City of Clovis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the bids received, or to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as may serve the best interest of the City of Clovis.
