Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Bidder Shall Furnish All Labor, Insurance, Equipment, Materials and Power for the Complete Performance of This Project as Follows: Improve the Pufferbelly Trail With a Pedestrian Bridge Referred to as the Vann Family Crossing, an Elevated Bridge That Will Be Constructed Across Coliseum Boulevard on the West Side of Bob Thomas Ford and in Front of Mission Bbq. The Bridge Will Carry the Pedestrian Traffic of the Pufferbelly Trail Over the Roadway. No Bid Will Be Accepted From, or Contract Awarded to Any Person, Firm, or Corporation That is in Arrears to the City, Upon Any Debt or Contract, or Who Has Failed to Execute, in Whole or in Part in a Satisfactory Manner, Any Contract With the City; or, Who is a Defaulter as to Surety or Otherwise, Upon Any Obligation to the City. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids for at Least Ninety (90) Days to Allow Review of Bids Before Announcing Award of Contract. The Successful Bidder May Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond Each in the Amount No Less Than One Hundred (100%) Percent of the Contract Price. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids for Failure to Comply With Applicable Laws and/or With the Instructions to Bidders. The Board Also Reserves the Right to Waive Any Defect in Any Bid.
