Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sumter, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Provide labor & materials to replace existing rooftop heat pump package unit equipment including new roof curbs and curb adapters, and ductwork connections, new DDC controls (Coordinate with CMI) connecting to existing campus BAS System and all related work required. Bidders shall submit bids in accordance with Hand-Delivery or Mail Service only. Small and Minority business participation is highly encouraged. Project Location: 200 Miller Road; Sumter SC 29150 Construction Cost Range: $550,000-$625,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
