Renovation of a power facility in Anniston, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.

1. The following SPECIFICATION SECTIONS have been revised and replaced in their entirety: VOL 01 Specification cover sheet was revised due to clerical error. VOL 03 Specifications 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Construction of a resilient microgrid system at Anniston Army Depot to provide full islanding capability and enhanced energy resiliency for mission-critical operations. The work includes design and construction of an onsite, automated energy control, generation, and storage management system that integrates new and existing generation assets with the Nichols, Demil, and Eulaton 46kV/12.47kV substations. The microgrid will enable islanding for all critical loads, automated switching during grid outages, routing of onsite-generated power to mission-critical facilities, and load shedding of non-critical loads. The system will be designed and constructed in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-066 for cybersecurity of facility-related control systems, or current policy at time of design, and will comply with emerging distribution system operator requirements. The project will be executed under a firm-fixed-price contract using a best value trade-off source selection process and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Location: Building 251, Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201 site visit-REGISTER: All attendees must comply with both the Register and base Access requirements listed below.
