Site work for a water / sewer project in Chesterfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contract consists of the construction of approximately 42 lineal feet of 18-inch storm sewers and appurtenances to be constructed. Located north of Clayton Road and west of State Route 141, in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri. The proposals shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on a bank or trust company in St.luis County or in City for an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount as bid security to the district. The Engineer opinion of probable cost for this project is $84,000. At that time the successful bidder shall also file with he district 2 copies of both a contract bond for 100% of the contract amount and acceptance certificate of insurance and insurance binder or policy for the required insurance coverage. The contractor commence work within 10 days after the date of written notice from the district begin and shall complete all work within 90 calendar days after the expiration of such 10 day period. Bidding construction 21% MBE and 10% WBE and non bidding construction 10% MBE and 10% WBE in the amount of $50,000. Workforce goal requirements of 37% Minority and 11% of Women and 46% of apprentice apply to contracts in the amount of $500,000 or more.
