As of August 20, 2024, they will not be pursuing with the bids. No definite date for the rebid. Replacement and Repairs to the Probation Department Roof Removal of tar and gravel on flat roof, approximately 5,500 square feet Remove all debris and dispose of from the premises Remove gutter system around roof Install new prefabricated flashing around all curb, deck penetrations, and drains as necessary Encapsulate all parapet walls and cover expansion joints Install new gutter system around building with down spouts to the ground Install new roof materials Install work pads on service side of a/c units.
