Reference Number 0000359464 The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to perform plumbing repairs at various County buildings and facilities located throughout Westchester County. This contract is for a term of three (3) years with one two (2) year renewal at the discretion of the County. Bid opening: phone 1-415-655-0001 US Toll or 1-844-621-3956 US Toll Free. The Access Code is 614 981 028. Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized proposal pages. Failure to submit in this manner may cause the bid to be rejected. In lieu of a performance and payment bond, the County will retain adequate and sufficient security for the faithful performance of this contract which shall be retainage of 5% of all work completed on an annual basis. Upon each annual anniversary, the contractor may request payment of said retainage with the successful completion of all work performed during that period. NO BID BOND IS REQUIRED. The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening.
