Items or Services: Furnish and deliver Ammonium Hydroxide (Aqua Ammonia) 19% Solution in bulk tanker deliveries to Coastal Water Authority, Lynchburg Pump Station, 908 Independence Parkway-North, Baytown, TX 77520. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, submission or attachment of Bidder's "quotation forms" or the like, containing alternative terms and/or conditions, may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Any revisions to be incorporated into the Bid Documents will be confirmed in writing, by addendum, prior to the Bid Opening.
