Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Description: Phase 3 of the Ongoing University Towers Renovations Project on Nc State University's Campus, Which Will Consist of Miscellaneous Repairs to the Existing Parking Deck. These Parking Deck Repairs Will Serve to Correct Deficiencies in the Existing Deck Structure, Code and Ada Improvements, and Will Bring Lighting, Telecom and Striping Up to Current University Standards. This Phase is Planned to Begin in the Autumn of 2024 and Will Be Completed by Summer of 2025. Principal trade contractors are solicited for the following bid packages: Bid Package Bid Package Description BP0300 Structural Repairs (Concrete) BP0400 Masonry BP0550 Metals (Misc. Steel / Stairs & Rails) BP0781 Spray Fireproofing BP0742 Metal Wall Panels & Rainscreens Additional packages may be added and deleted by the Owner and Construction Manager. Blum Construction Has a Long-standing Commitment to Maximize Minority and Other Hub Participation on All of Our Projects and We Recognize the Importance North Carolina State University Places on Minority and Hub Participation for All of Their Projects. There is an Established 10% Mwbe Goal for This Project.
