250,000-Gallon EST Rehabilitation at Water Plant No. 1. Each Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or a Bid Bond From a Reliable Surety Company Drawn to the Order of Montgomery County Wcid No. 1 in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. No Bid Proposal May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening Date. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or to Accept the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to It. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond for the Full Amount of the Contract. Estimate: $150,000.00. The major items of work include: Abrasive blast and recoat interior bowl of existing 250,000-gallon elevated storage tank with 100% solids epoxy coating system, disinfection of tank, installation of interior fiberglass ladder with stainless steel safety climb, and replacement of vent screens. Question Deadline 08/13/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the bidding documents. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered
