Site work for a water / sewer project in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Only Civil/Paving MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Liquidated Damages: $220 per Calendar Day Bond Requirements: Bid bonds are required in accordance with FAR 53.301-24. An electronic copy of your bid bond may be submitted with your proposal. Failure to submit a bid bond by the deadline will result in your proposal being removed from consideration. Payment and/or performance bond(s) will be requested at the time of award per the current process. o No bonds are required for proposals less than $40K. o Proposals valued at $40K and greater will require a payment bond only. o Proposals valued at $150K and greater will require a bid bond, a payment bond, and a performance bond. RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to emily.a.walton6.civus.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is August 19 by close of business in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
