The Town of Seekonk is hereby soliciting sealed bids for On-Call Pavement Rehabilitation Services for various local streets. The work consists of pavement reclamation, milling and overlay, and/or pavement reconstruction, as well as hot mix asphalt sidewalks with berms and ADA-compliant curb ramps. The contract will be thru December 31, 2025 and may be extended for up to two (2) one-year periods at the discretion of the town. . Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the Class of Work as Pavement - Surfacing or Highway Construction for the project with an estimated value of $1,915,000 over the 3-year period will be required.
