Landscape Materials and Aggregates. The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting quotations from vendors to provide Landscape Materials and Aggregates for the County's Parks and Recreation Department (Parks) as specified in this Invitation to Bids (ITB). This is an ALL or None bid. Bidder must bid on all line items to be considered for an award. Orders will be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed. Bid Prices should NOT include sales tax and other government-imposed fees as the County will calculate these at the time of the award. The County intends to award a multi-year term contract. The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County's estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required products and/or services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule.
