Renovation of a municipal facility in Kamloops, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Painting of all Exterior Window and Door Panel Columns (Heritage Colour must match to existing) 1 The entire building is to be pressure washed prior to the window columns being repainted. 2. Fees and permits for sidewalk closures are the responsibility of the contractor. 3. Aerial work platforms are the responsibility of the contractor. 4. A work permit must be completed, submitted and approved 7 days prior to commencing the work. 5. Work to be completed after tenant operating hours over a weekend. 6. Work must be completed prior to September 30, 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
