Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Litchfield, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and for the renovation of a stadium.
This project will be comprised of Multiple Bid Packages and Work Scopes for build out of the existing Civic Arena and construction of the new Recreation Center. Location- Litchfield Area Recreation Center - 900 Gilman Ave. Litchfield, MN 55355 The work onsite is anticipated to begin September 3rd, 2024. Work is scheduled to be complete by August 15th, 2025.
