INTRODUCTION The City of Silverton (City) seeks to enhance its operational efficiency and maintenance practices at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) through the development of an updated electronic Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual, selection, procurement and development of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and development of laboratory quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) plan. This project aims to modernize the plant's data management, maintenance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve overall system performance. Project Completion August 2025. All questions related to this RFP must be emailed to Brad Jensen at bjensen@silverton.or.us. The question period shall expire 72 hours prior to the due date and time of the proposal. All answers to questions will be compiled and posted on the same website used for downloading the RFP as an addendum. Proposal Withdrawal Any proposal may be withdrawn at any time before the due date and time specified in the schedule, by providing written request for the withdrawal of the proposal to the City. The request shall be executed by a duly authorized representative of the firm.
