These activities will include monthly progress meetings, preparing minutes for all project-related meetings, coordinating informal meetings, participating in conference calls, and responding to requests for information. The consultant will also be responsible for internal quality assurance/quality control procedures, monitoring the project budget and schedules, and preparing invoices that will be submitted to the City. The following deliverables and project milestones are proposed.
