Site work for a mixed-use development in Radcliff, Kentucky. Design plans call for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.

As of May 8, 2025, per owner, an engineer has been identified. City will self-perform much of this work. Still working through design to determine what if anything will need to be bid out to the contracting community. Construction timeline not determined at this time. The scope will include the expansion of 8 existing open earthen flood control basins and the construction of two new open, earthen flood control basins to protect residential structures within the project area from flooding. Raven Street Basin, 37.854158, -85.961478, Radcliff, Ky 40160, Hardin County Throughout the course of the project, the consultant will be responsible for coordinating activities with the City of Radcliff's Project Manager. These activities will include monthly progress meetings, preparing minutes for all project-related meetings, coordinating informal meetings, participating in conference calls, and responding to requests for information. The consultant will also be responsible for internal quality assurance/quality control procedures, monitoring the project budget and schedules, and preparing invoices that will be submitted to the City. The following deliverables and project milestones are proposed. All communications in specific reference to the RFQ shall be submitted to David Curry and Neal Crawford [david.curry@radcliffky.gov; ncrawford@qk4.com]. All questions and responses will be made available to all prequalified consultants upon request. The City of Radcliff reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals.
