As of May 8, 2025, per owner, an engineer has been identified. City will self-perform much of this work. Still working through design to determine what if anything will need to be bid out to the contracting community. Construction timeline not determined at this time. The scope will include the expansion of 8 existing open earthen flood control basins and the construction of two new open, earthen flood control basins to protect residential structures within the project area from flooding. These activities will include monthly progress meetings, preparing minutes for all project-related meetings, coordinating informal meetings, participating in conference calls, and responding to requests for information. The consultant will also be responsible for internal quality assurance/quality control procedures, monitoring the project budget and schedules, and preparing invoices that will be submitted to the City. The following deliverables and project milestones are proposed. All questions and responses will be made available to all prequalified consultants upon request. The City of Radcliff reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals.
