The intent of this project is to install a 100-kW Generator at the Hanscom AFB Gas Take Station and connect the Generator to the Natural Gas that is generated at the facility. The general scope of this prospective project includes, but is not limited to, design and construction, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, submittals, shop drawings, surveys, supervision, quality control, demolition, cutting and patching, construction management, waste management, hazardous material removal, engineering and travel to perform all operations and services required for the work indicated in the project Statement of Work. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for a potential construction project at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB), MA. Hanscom AFB is considering a single contract to a prospective prime contractor for this project. The intent of this Synopsis is to conduct market research to determine whether responsible prime sources exist that can meet this requirement and to provide interested parties an opportunity to provide feedback & questions regarding the draft documentation.
