Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a 6,120-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
As of August 7 2024 this is in permits. This will be a chipping and putting golf practice field with 12 hitting bays. Enclosed in 8'-0" tall ornamental fence with 4 gates. 3 gates serving as exits. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Project is generally described as follows: This project consists of the development of golf practice facilities at two locations. The first being located at the Dub Farris Stadium and will include approximately 2,534sf of putting turf, 834sf of chipping turf over 2 drainage panels over existing concrete flatwork, 12 hit bays/cages with alternate hitting matts, and an 8 tall ornamental perimeter security fencing to match adjacent fencing on site as indicated on the drawings and specifications and shall include all general construction, site work, and all other work as indicated on the construction documents. The second location will be at the Hardin Complex which will include a pre-engineered metal building open air shade structure with chain link perimeter security fencing, lighting, and power, which will house approximately 2,534sf of putting turf, 834sf of chipping turf over gravel base material as indicated on the drawings and specifications and shall include all general construction, site work, electrical, and all other work as indicated on the construction documents.
