Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a two-story above grade multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Description: Parking Lot Replacement (Amp 300) Ogden Apartments, Pueblo Co Question Deadline 08/22/2024 SITE LOCATIONS AND CONDITIONS 1. The project site consists of two story apartment buildings located at 2104 North Ogden Avenue. 2. The Contractor shall exercise caution to prevent damage to any adjacent property or properties that remain and shall be solely responsible for correction of damage. 3. Tenants must be notified 48 hours prior to the work; coordination is through the owner. The contractor is responsible for notification by letter to each tenant. The Owner will provide notices to the contractor for distribution. 4. The Housing Authority work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, work may be done during these hours or any other time with the permission of the Owner. B. SCOPE OF PROJECT General Notes: 1. Remove approximately 4" thick asphalt and 2" of base in parking lot area shown on Sheet SP1. 2. Install new 4" thick asphalt over existing recompacted base in Parking Lot area and Stripe Parking Lot as shown on Sheet SP1. 3. Remove and replace existing 4" concrete sidewalks as indicated on Sheet SP1. 4. Remove and replace existing concrete landings and ramps as indicated on Sheet SP1. 5. Remove all demolished concrete from the site within 24 hours of demo for safety purposes.
