Brennan Park Rec IPD TP # 2.2 Customer Service Expansion / TP #4 Maintenance Building Kinetic Construction Ltd (KCL), the Contractor, is a party to the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Contract for constructing Brenan Park Recreation Centre for The District of Squamish. IPD focuses on a highly collaborative open approach to drive team success. The expectation of the successful bidders will be to share in these common goals. Subcontractors are required to price separately for each Tender Package TP #2.2 & TP #4. 1.2 Construction is expected to start in August 2024 and is expected to have substantial completion in May 2025 TP # 2.2. Customer Service Expansion = Area = 3563 SQFT includes: Architectural Cabinetwork Bituminous Damp Proofing and Troweled Membrane Building Insulation & Vapor Barrier TPO Membrane Roofing Sheet Metal Wall Cladding Doors & Hardware Interior Glazing Assemblies Steel Stud Framing Finishes Including Painting & Flooring Earthwork & Utility Services Landscape & Exterior Improvements TP # 4. Maintenance Building Area = 1550 SQFT includes: Concrete Reinforcing, Formwork, PP & F Concrete Masonry Units Wood Framing Finish carpentry & Architectural Cabinetwork Bituminous Damp proofing and Troweled Membrane Sheet Metal Roofing Sheet Metal Wall Cladding Roof Accessories Snow Guards Doors & Hardware Insulated Rolling Door Misc. Specialties Signage Earthwork Exterior Improvements Utility Services 1.3 TP # 2.2 Construction is expected to start on 21st August 2024 and is expected to have substantial completion on 25th May 2025.
