ARS-PBARC-DKI The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for INTERIOR PAINTING OF (2) 24' x 60' MODULAR BUILDINGS at Hilo, HI. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this document. SITE VISIT: Tuesday August 13, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Hawaii Time. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and
specifications contained in this document.
IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is under $25,000.
Completion shall be 45 days after issuance of the notice to proceed.
Dept. of Labor General Decision #HI20240001, dated 07/19/2024 is applicable to this
contract. The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required service shall be in accordance with the requirements as described herein. See attached drawings for specifications and location. 3.1 Background: The USDA/ARS-PBARC located at 64 Nowelo St. in Hilo Hawaii requires the interior painting of (2) 24' x 60' modular buildings. Building 1 consists of (8) 12'x12' offices, (2) 8'x24' common areas, and (1) 20'x4' hallway.
Building 2 consists of (2) 12'x12' offices, (1) 24'x30' work room and (1) 24'x20' common area and (1) 4'x8' closet. The project will require the painting of all interior walls, doors, and window and door trim. See below for project description and specifications.
All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to spencer.hamiltonusda.gov by 9:00 a.m. Hawaii Time, Friday, August 16, 2024. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by this deadline above may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
