(3) 3,700 Sy Ultra-thin Bonded Wearing Course. (4) 8,000 Ld Hot Pour Mastic Repair. (5) 15,600 Lb Rubberized Joint/crack Seal. Bids Must Be Made on Forms Furnished by the Township and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, Issued by a Surety Licensed to Conduct Business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Amount of at Least (10%) of the Total Price Bid Made Payable to the Township; and Anti-collusion Affidavit. Bidder Shall Verify Compliance With the Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-verify Program). All Information Must Be Sealed and Submitted to the Township at the Above Address, in Care of Chris Garges, Manager. the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Insurance; Performance, Payment Bonds Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price; and a Maintenance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price; With a Corporate Surety Licensed to Conduct Business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Approved by the Township, in Accordance With Bid Specifications. All work must be performed as directed by the Township.
