Site work and renovation of a civil project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to: Upgrade OCTC wastewater system by connecting to the existing barracks wastewater system with a 10-inch gravity sewer pipe that will flow to a new wet well with lift station. This lift station will utilize an air mixing pump and move wastewater through dual 6-inch pressurize lines approximately 4,600' to the existing wastewater storage lagoons. Types of work include but are not limited to electrical, alarm systems, trenching, backfill and compaction, plumbing, concrete, labeling, and testing. Connect fiber/data line(s) for newly installed SCADA, alarm, and communication systems to current centrally located control center. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. All work is to be accomplished within 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Failure to perform the work within the established time period will be grounds for withholding an appropriate amount of compensation as damages for delay.
