Renovation of an educational facility in Missouri City, Texas. Design plans call for the renovation of a 50,830-square-foot educational facility.
Renovation of 20 classrooms in areas B and C, including removal/replacement of walls, ceilings, lighting, flooring, interior doors/hardware. Renovation of an admin space, repainting previously painted surfaces, replacement of stage steps/floors. As of August 6, 2024, this project is in design. The architect has been identified but a general contractor has not yet been disclosed; it had not yet bid as there's been some delay with post-hurricane cleanup. A firm construction timeline has not been established but is unlikely to begin before Q4 2024.
