Renovation of a municipal facility in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the existing HVAC system at the Morton J Holbrook Judicial Center located at 100 East Second Street, Owensboro, KY 42303 per the bid specifications and drawings. Mechanical Contractor will serve as General Contractor for this project, ensuring all trade and technical work is complete. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Daviess County Fiscal Court, in an amount no less than 5.0% of the total bid price. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 90 days after the date bids are opened. The bidder may withdraw their bid at any time prior to the time and date scheduled for the opening of same or any authorized postponement thereof. The successful bidding contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond for the total amount of the bid price as security for the faithful performance of the contractor's obligations. The contractor must furnish thePerformance Bond before the order to proceed with construction.
