CBE requests proposals for: VARIOUS TRADE DISCIPLINES - PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HVAC MECHANICAL AND HORIZONTAL BORING SERVICES HDD. A description of the requested services is contained in the Request for Proposal on pages 14-19. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Proposals that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. All exceptions must be noted. TERM OF AGREEMENT The anticipated term of the contract is one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each. A. SCBE expects all vendors to provide year-over-year cost reduction recommendations. B. Should the awarded vendor, at any time during the life of the contract, sell materials of similar quality to another customer, or advertise special discounts or sales, at a price below those quoted within the contract, the lowest discounted prices shall be offered to Memphis-Shelby County Schools. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING Note: No Pre-Proposal Meeting is required for this project. No interpretation of the meaning of the scope of services or other documents will be made to any Service provider or Supplier orally. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact (see Part II, 5.0). To be given consideration, the questions must be received NO LATER THAN July 23, 2024 @ 10:00 AM (CST). Q&A Post on Website July 25, 2024 by End of Day
