Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Azle, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 142,000-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a 34,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consists of Package 2 of the renovations & additions at the existing Azle Junior High School campus. In this package we will bid the remainder of trades for the project. (Package 1 Consisted of Earthwork, Utilities and Site Retaining Walls) Package 2 will be the remainder of the trades to complete the additions and renovations. The school will consist of an estimated to be around 142,000 s.f. of new additions and 34,000 s.f. of renovations as well as site improvements.
