Storm System CCTV Inspection & Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated program is for the Region of Niagara to select and retain a professional Supplier to perform all duties associated with the Regions Strom Sewer System Cleaning, Inspection and Condition Assessment Program for approximately 86,000m of storm sewer and 2,173 maintenance holes. The scope of work includes Program Management, Flushing and Cleaning Activities (such as Flushing, Reaming, Robotic Cutting, and Maintenance Hole Cleaning), Inspection, QA/QC of obtained data, Condition Assessment, Maintenance, Repair, Rehabilitation and/or Replacement recommendation and associated cost estimation, and Rehabilitation and/or Replacement Criticality, Prioritization Assessment Operating Plan & Capital Plan.
