Site work and paving for a road / highway in Park Rapids, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
seal coating on the following existing roads: 1. 219th Ave. North: 1 mile 2. 210th Street: 1.5 miles 3. 200th Street: 2 miles 4. .209th Avenue North: 0.3 mile 5. Dakota Shores Drive: 0.5 mile 6. Dayspring Drive: 1.1 miles 7. Deer Drive: 0.7 mile 8. Driftwood Lane: 0.5 mile 9. Evening Drive: 0.6 mile 10. Evening Lane 0.2 mile In addition: 160th Street: 0.8 mile. This road is shared with Hubbard Township and will be included in the proposal contingent on Hubbard Township Board approval. The Henrietta Township Road Policy requirements must be met. A certificate of liability/workman's compensation insurance is to be attached. Project Schedule: All work included in the contract shall be completed by October 10, 2024. The successful contractor must provide a Performance Bond in an amount of 5% of the quote. Failure to provide the above information shall render the bid/bidder nonresponsive and the bid will not be considered by the Township. The Township Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. The Township Board further reserves the right to award the quote to the lowest and most responsible party as determined by the Town Board of Supervisors.
