A certificate of liability/workman's compensation insurance is to be attached. Project Schedule: All work included in the contract shall be completed by October 10, 2024. The successful contractor must provide a Performance Bond in an amount of 5% of the quote. Failure to provide the above information shall render the bid/bidder nonresponsive and the bid will not be considered by the Township. The Township Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. The Township Board further reserves the right to award the quote to the lowest and most responsible party as determined by the Town Board of Supervisors.
