Renovation of an educational facility in Levelland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

South Plains College (SPC) invites qualified firms/individuals to submit Proposals for: Repainting Metals Technology Building South Plains College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any, and all formalities. SCOPE OF WORK: South Plains College wishes to contract with a qualified contractor to repaint interior of metal building as indicated in this proposal document. The primary and alternate proposals will be a lump sum price for all services as specified. The desired completion is between December 14, 2024 and January 1, 2025. Primary proposal will include specified areas of metal building. Alternate proposal will include primary proposal, along with remainder of interior building. The contractor will be responsible for verifying all measurements of needed materials, identifying all necessary preparation work and hazards before bidding. The contractor will be responsible for providing a barrier of safety highly visible to the public that would prevent a reasonable person from entering into the area. The Contractor will removal all debris and disposal off-site as specified in Section 3.02.9 and 10. Contractor will be responsible for keeping the work site clear of all debris at the end of each day
