Site work for a religious / funeral development in Abington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a two-story above grade religious / funeral development.
All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Salem Baptist Church reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act of March 3, 1931, as amended, and wages must be paid by contractors according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications; provisions of Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968; and the President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order which prohibits discrimination in employment. Questions must be submitted via online by August 14, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Submission of a question does not guarantee that such question will be answered. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Prequalification of Prospective Bidders. Subcontractors must prequalify in the same manner, if listed in the proposal or if they subsequently undertake the partial or total construction of one or more items of work. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time Salem Baptist Church may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications.
