Reference Number 0000359514 This is an annual program focused on the removal of all sources of backups, overflows, and infiltration/exfiltration in the sanitary sewer system. Tools and techniques such as smoke testing and flow monitoring, will be used to identify sources of possible backups and where pipe repairs are needed. The program also provides a means to address emergency sewer repairs without going to a more costly emergency procurement procedure.
