Southgate Tower Park Tennis Courts Reference Number 0000359553 This proposed project is for the construction of asphalt tennis courts per the contract document specifications. The project will include site clearing, concrete foundations for fencing and athletic equipment along with asphalt surfacing work. The project anticipated start date is September 16, 2024 and is to be substantially completed by October 25, 2024. All questions shall be directed to John M. Miller, Project/Construction Manager at jmmiller@hengineers.com. All questions must be submitted no less than five (5) business days prior to Tuesday, August 25, 2024. Question Deadline 08/19/2024 Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
