The County intends to enter into contract(s) with a contractor(s) for the procurement of snow equipment service and parts. Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing qualified service technicians to service and repair OEM snow equipment and all associated components. Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing a detailed quote on all service requests and include a warranty on all repair services and parts installed. Contractor(s) will be required to have written approval from the County prior to commencing all repairs and submit a separate quote for all additional repairs and parts beyond the original quote. The County requires the contractor to supply original OEM parts and approval must be granted by the County on all non-OEM direct replacement parts. The non-OEM direct replacement parts must carry the same warranty as the original OEM parts. This solicitation is reserved for vendors registered in Montgomery County's Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP).
