Site work and paving for a civil project in Parkland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project also includes roadway resurfacing within the Ranches Subdivision which consists of but is not limited to: milling and resurfacing the roadways which may include reworking the existing base, reversing the existing roadway cross slope where called for in the plans and reconstruction of the roadway where called for in the plans. The work also includes embankment, sod and partial driveway reconstruction to harmonize and tie-in to existing access along with guardrail installation where called for in the plans. The scope also includes signing and pavement markings to replace the impacted pavement markings from resurfacing as well as convert a portion of Trotters Lane / NW 72 Street into a one-way roadway and the placement of blue RPMs at fire hydrant locations along with other improvements as shown in the plans. All in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this proposal The City of Parkland, Florida (CITY) herby solicits proposals from State Certified General Contractors to perform activities and tasks identified in the documents contained in this RFP. These documents represent the Plans, Technical Specifications and Proposal Cost Schedule for the Ranches Drainage project which includes, but is not limited to, dredging of roadside canals, clearing and grubbing of canal banks, tree and vegetation removal, earthwork (cut/fill), bank restoration, sodding, replacement of culverts and end walls, and driveway restoration. Also included is the demolition of an existing stormwater outfall structure and pump to be replaced with a new stormwater outfall structure and two stormwater pumps.
