Middlesex County Utilities Authority Notice to Bidders for Contract No. 24-12SW Preventative Maintenance (Mechanical and Hot Water Heating System) Services for the Administration and Maintenance Buildings at the Middlesex County Landfill Services under this Contract shall include preventive maintenance for the existing mechanical and hot water heating system serving the Maintenance and Administration Buildings as per Preventive Maintenance Plan Bid package. Bidders are required, when applicable to this RFB, to comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.); the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 34:56-48); the Business Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44); the State's Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Laws and Regulations (N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 et seq., N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-3.7 and 3.8); the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101); and the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditure Reporting Act (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-1 et seq.). Bidders' attention is also called to comply with the requirements as applicable, of (a) the conditions of employment and requirements of Federal prevailing wage rates; and (b) Segregated Facility.
