Hall General Contractors. immediately following the time stated above the bids will be publicly read aloud at Vici Public Schools. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of (5%) of the bid shall accompany the submitted proposal of each bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on qualifications set forth in the bidding documents.
