Lundy Avenue Roadway Resurfacing Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury and possess a State of New Jersey Division of Taxation and Revenue Business Registration Certification, prior to the date that bids are received. Any bid submitted under the terms of New Jersey statutes not including a copy of a valid and active Pre-qualifications/Classification Certificate will be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements. The Borough of Lawnside assumes no responsibility for bids mailed incorrectly or misdirected in delivery. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Bidders are required to comply with all the requirements of Affirmative Action Regulations P.L. 1975 and the Prevailing Wage Law as required under chapter 150 of the laws of 1963, State of NJ. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid which in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Borough of Lawnside.
