The Construction Manager Shall Provide Deferred Maintenance, Renovation and Repairs to School Facilities Including, but Not Limited to, Ada, Csir and Signage Compliance Requirements; the Renovation and Repair of Building Envelope Items Such as the Exterior Doors, Gutters, and Downspouts; Fire Alarm/panel Upgrade and Fire Alarm/smoke and Duct Detector Replacement; Sheet Metal Ductwork/outside Air Dampers; Interior Repairs, Replacements, and Improvements for the Vinyl Flooring and the Kitchen Boilers Replacements; Playfields and Exterior Repairs and Improvements to Include Athletic Lighting, Stadium Exterior Bleacher Refurbishment, Marquee Signs/ Repair Electronic Marquee, and Other Work as May Be Required by the Owner.
