Site work for a road / highway in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
1. All Digger's Hotline locates are the responsibility of the Contractor to complete before site work starts. 2. Erosion control shall be installed by the Contractor before work begins and removed by the Contractor once the work is completed. 3. Remove existing walls, step, sides and footings. All material and spoils shall be hauled away by the Contractor. 4. Cast in place 70 feet x 8-inch concrete wall with 2 returns into steps. 5. Steel reinforcement (3) #5 bar horizontal, #5 bar vertical, 2 feet on center. 6. 1-foot x 3-foot footing, steel reinforcements (3) #5 bar horizontal. 7. Chamfer all exposed concrete edges on wall. 8. Face of wall stamped stone pattern with 6 inch smooth border and coping. 9. Install 6 inch letters BENDER on one wall and BEACH on the other wall. 10. 8-foot x 11-foot concrete pad with 2 steps. Completion of the work shall be within a 4-week timeframe with liquidated damages of $250/day beyond the project schedule with exception to weather delays. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to cancel any order for failure of the successful firm to comply with terms, conditions and specifications for this request. The City reserves the right to terminate any agreement due to non-appropriation of funds or failure of performance by the Contractor.
