The NYS Office of Mental Health and Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment at the Hudson River and Middletown Campuses located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Some of the transfer switches are covered under the Facility Generator contract through December 31, 2025. The equipment is noted in Appendix D, Exhibit B - Equipment List with a Note 2. The equipment will begin coverage under this contract effective in Year 2, on January 1, 2026. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, August 20, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on August 27, 2024.
