Consultant will prepare an Airport Master Plan for both Chambers County Airports. The Airport Master Plan should be tailored to fit the individual needs of each airport. Prepare a Master Plan consistent with the most current FAA Advisory Circulars and Standard Operating Procedures, to include incorporating sustainability and recycling, reuse, and waste reduction. Incorporate FAA AGIS requirements and data collection as needed, including an - 18B obstruction survey, and upload data to the FAAs Airport Data and Information Portal. a. Coversheet b.
