Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oroville, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; medical facility; medical facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 27, 2026, construction is underway. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The County of Butte is seeking a firm/respondent to provide Architectural and Engineering services for all phases of project development associated with: The renovation of two existing facilities to house an Integrated Behavioral Health Center in Oroville and a Community Service Center in Paradise. A new Integrated Behavioral Health Center in Gridley Integrated Behavioral Health Centers and Community Service Center Architectural and Engineering Services Evaluation Completion October 21, 2024 Award of Contract / Board of Supervisors Meeting November 12, 2024 County reserves the right to terminate A&E Services at certain stages of the project; at the completion of the Schematic Design Phase and at the completion of the Construction Document Phase. Such termination for convenience shall be outlined in the final contract.
