Informal Bid Flag: No Allow Electronic Quote: Yes Location: 5105 - Juntura Sect Provide 20,000 cubic yards of sanding aggregate meeting grading requirements specified from a commercial source or crushed from the ODOT provided material source. Work also includes delivery or the 20,000 cubic yards of sanding aggregate. Stockpiled at location defined in plans at ODOT stockpile site "Buchanan Quarry" located south of MP 157.73 of Central Oregon Highway (US 20). PRE-BID CONFERENCE: None. Delivery Location: Aggregate shall be stockpiled at ODOT stockpile site "Buchanan Quarry located South of MP 157.73 of Central Oregon Highway (US20) as specified in the Special Provisions and identified in the Plans. The term of the Agreement begins on the date the Agreement receives all required signatures and is anticipated to be 1 year or when all Contractor obligations under the Agreement are completed in conformance with all applicable requirements, whichever is sooner. The insurance requirements applicable to the prospective Agreement are included in Exhibit C of the Sample Agreement, which is incorporated in section 4 of this ITB.
